Note: I am generous with MANY recipes from my BBB classes, and I share many (new) different recipes with each class!
My YEAST BREADS are separate from the BBB classes; (new) bread classes are in production and coming soon!

Hi folks! Thank you Sharon Anne for sharing the BBB class! Since then, I've made bread with my own BBB and (it makes without a doubt) the best bread I've ever made, and I've been making bread for a fair number of years! But back to my bread; three days later it is still soft and light and lovely, and this was whole wheat! We're hooked; I tell you Sharon, you are a genius! You really are! All you gals and guys who HAVEN'T yet taken Sharon Anne's BBB class - you'll be kicking yourselves! The class and BBB is really that good!! --Thanks again, Sheila - British Columbia

I finally got to take the BBB Class. It was really GREAT, and so much good information. It challenged me to make my own bread. I'm not very computer literate, (but I am learning) yet this class was so easy to attend. It felt just like we were in an actual classroom with Sharon Anne; her voice was so crystal clear. The group inter-action was neat. If you weren't there...YOU MISSED IT. Thank you, to Sharon Anne for exposing me to a new concept in communication. IT WAS TRULY A WONDERFUL LEARNING EXPERIENCE. -- Janice

I want to thank Sharon Anne for her BBB class tonight. The registration and installation was easy and it performed flawlessly for the class. I'm looking forward to making wheat bread with buttermilk now! If you've been on the fence about attending, I highly recommend it. -- Mike

Since I took the class, I have made two batches of the BB Buttermilk and have used it in a few recipes with great success. I've made Sharon Anne's buttermilk, and then truly my best best bread I've ever made with it. Since there are just two of us in the household now, I love the many tips and tricks Sharon Anne shares. In fact, I've started cutting my loaves in half, and [double] wrapped them as well to put in freezer bags, and threw them in the freezer. The ones I've taken from the freezer are just as fresh as the one we ate right away. Simple, and so effective; thanks! -- Phyllis - Iowa

Hi Sharon! I loved your BBB class! Her tech support was amazing, too. I am a teacher and was surprised how much I enjoyed your online class. I'm always skeptical of online courses, but yours was  fun and so very interactive. -- Thanks for all that you do! -- Deborah - TX

This was a great class. It was very easy to follow and Sharon Anne does a wonderful job of presenting how to do this. I can't wait to try her buttermilk!  Thank you very, very much!  Plus she was so very helpful at getting me signed in to access the real time presentation.  Pat - AZ

You've got to take one of Sharon Anne's Better Baking Buttermilk classes...That stuff is FANTASTIC!!!!! -- Lynnda/tnlds

Sharon Anne, thank you for the class. I enjoyed it very much and appreciated getting some background into your buttermilk culture and ideas for using it. It was great to hear and see you in action. Thanks again for your time. -- Terri

I took Sharon's classes a number of times, being one of those who was in her "maiden" online class. I recommend it to any who (either) haven't done so yet, but also for any who'd love a refresher. It is worth the time! You learn a lot of different things every time, and also get to see some of the new technology that will be impacting the way we'll be learning in the future. -- Bill

I've been to the buttermilk class and have some BB Buttermilk sitting on my counter to make some rye bread tomorrow. I am so excited to try it. The class is great, so if anyone gets a chance to take it be sure to sign up, this class is fun, not long and well worth the time. -- Penny

Sharon,,, I enjoyed the class so much, thank you for all you do on the list's behalf.... -- Sheila

I just wanted to let everyone know, I've participated in the online class with Sharon Anne. I wasn't entirely sure of the time difference, as I live in Ontario, Canada, and I actually got my ownself set up with Mountain Time. What a great time that I had!!!! I recently purchased some Instant ClearJel, and tried making some of the buttermilk... but alas... I didn't (mix it properly ) and ended up with a gooey mess. Then I decided that I would take the class. Wow.. I was able to get a lot of great info, plus some really helpful hints & tips. Now I am looking forward to making my next batch of buttermilk so I can make some better bread too, and even use it for baking chicken etc. I think that I will revisit the class again and again in  the future to get even more info. Chatting with Sharon Anne was such a delight. Thanks again Sharon Anne for all your hard work!!! -- Lynn

Hello everyone! Just wanted to thank Sharon Anne for the great BBB class. This was really fun and surprisingly so easy to attend. I can hardly wait to start making and using BBB.  If you haven't done the class yet, you should sign up. Thanks again Sharon Anne. -- Rita
